Every grade of hierarchy, except for already defined roles, is assigned on the field (in game). It will be decided an order based on the behavior of every member to permit the higher grades to command on lower ones. This guide will be much more important during fights or PVE activities. Each one’s worth will determine the promotion to higher grades. Promotion depends on different factors: first of all the dedication to the guild, capacity of executing orders and the ability in completing tasks. Party organization abilities and, personal psychic equilibrium (much important) are also fundamental for decision: people without self control and without the capability to execute orders and respect guild rules won’t make their way into C.L.A.N.
 
 

 

     
1 -   He hosts the C.L.A.N. website, manages guild joins and aspirants, follows member lists updates and promotions, Honor benefits and Rewards. Into the website he develops the Forum and he is the Forums higher administrator.
2 -   He is the only one that can change The C.L.A.N. rules.
3 -   He is the owner and the guardian of the guild’s treasure that he will use in favor of the C.L.A.N. to build the Guild site or any other related structure.
4 -   He decides War declaration acts or peace treaties and alliances.
5 -   He is able to decide the removal of one member (from the Legionary to the Prime Centurion) for particular blame or dissent (Treason, Conspiracy, Failure). Moreover he assigns tasks, honors and promotions.
6 -   He benefits of C.L.A.N.’s site and all that is connected.
 
 

 

     
1 -   They are guild’s supervisors who maintain order and support the Consul.
2 -   To each one of them is delegated one particular aspect of guild’s activities that he manages and coordinates.
3 -   They have the possibility to recruit and remove members, but for removal they have to ask the Consul’s approval.
4 -   On Forums they are Moderatos
5 -   They have organizational and leading rights both in PVP and PVE over inferior grades.
6 -   They benefit of C.L.A.N.’s site and all that is connected.
 
 
 

 

     
1 -   They’ve got different duties depending on their attitude: some of them lead PVP groups, some other PVE groups, ceremonial aspects, crafting and so on.
2 -   Their duty is to make guild members respect the rules and every conduit detrimental for C.L.A.N. should be reported to Prime Centurions
3 -   They propose promotions for Legionaries to the Council or they report their blames.
4 -   In case of removal or quit by one of the Prime Centurions they can reach this high honor.

1 -   They are C.L.A.N.’s military force, they’re duty is to respect the guild’s rules and to glorify the Guild’s name both in war and peace.
2 -   They have to participate to the guild’s life entering also into the forums and Team Speak
3 -   They take orders from Centurions that at their side have to obey to the superior grade for important issues.
4 -   They’ve got the possibility to be promoted for loyalty, honor in battle or donations to C.L.A.N.
5 -   They benefit of C.L.A.N.’s site and all that is connected.
